Our wall to wall is fully cleaned once a year - two adults and a cat, and traffic areas once a year. Our only emergency call was when I dropped a bottle of red wine on an almost white rug. Within 24 hours you would never know it had happened. The carpeting is almost dry and booties are provided to protect the carpet until it is completely dry. Stains do not come back. Mr. Bliss makes sure there are no surprises if something can't be fixed."
